Since 1984, we have been preparing traditional pickles, chutneys, masala powders, and ready mixes using methods passed down through generations. Our products are made the same way they have always been prepared in traditional homes — carefully crafted in small batches using real ingredients, without artificial additives or industrial shortcuts.
What began as a small home kitchen in Shimoga has grown into a trusted brand known for purity, authenticity, and traditional flavours. Our History
The Story Behind Avinash Products
The Malenadu region of Karnataka, located along the lush Western Ghats, is known for its rich biodiversity and unique food traditions. Many recipes from this region have been passed down quietly through generations, preserved within family kitchens.
Wild fruits such as Hog Plum, Appe Midi, and Kanchi Kai, along with carefully blended spice powders, form the foundation of many traditional Malenadu dishes.
Avinash Products began in 1984 in Shimoga, inspired by the desire to preserve these rare and authentic flavours. What started as a small home-based preparation soon gained recognition among families who appreciated the purity and homemade taste.
Over the years, the brand has grown steadily while staying true to its roots. Even today, our products continue to follow the same recipes and preparation methods that defined the beginning of our journey.
